One of those ways is they both talked about rats detecting and defusing landmines. One other similarity is that they both talked about how they find lots of landmines in 30 minutes. In Oh Rats, they gave more facts about rats in general, and in the "Rats detect landmines" article, it gave more information about how rats and detect landmines and how many they can clear in 30 minutes.
