Dog Man is the hot new book that almost every kids loves. It is action packed and keeps kids turning pages. Dog man is super hero who kits a side kick named cat kid. The book has sections called flip-o-ramas that help animate the action in the story. Kids who love action and animals will love this book. I would recommend this book for 2nd-5th grade.

Smile is a story that kids may relate to either when they read it or in the years to follow. It tells a story of a girl who loses her 2 front teeth and is embarrassed throughout the story. It also shears her journey of growing up and some of the things we go through as we get older. This is a great book for all kids to read. I would recommend it for grades 2nd and up .

Noodleheads was a funny book about two noodles who aren't very bright. They get into some shenanigans that are learning experiences. The noodleheads are told to get out of the house by their mom and go learn something. This is a great book for all kids.

In this story of survival, a teenage boy is stranded in the Canadian wilderness following a plane crash. His journey of survival is riddled with challenges as he copes with the weight of his parent's divorce and mother's affair. Eventually, he is rescued and returned to his parents, but his experiences in the wilderness have changed his perspectives on what it means to survive. In following Brian's journey, the reader is kept engaged through every challenge. I enjoyed this book because it was engaging, thrilling, and exciting, while also providing insight into what and why we cling to survival. This book is appropriate for middle school aged children and would be interesting for children who are into survival and need a thrilling, engaging plot.
