I was worried when she said the air-raid alarm was going off. At first I didn’t know what if was. But then I used my context clues and figured it out.

My honest reaction to that page was just “oh!” I wouldn’t have expected that at all. I don’t know much about their religion rules but I though it wouldn’t allow things like girls dating girls.

She has too many love interests 4 pages ago she was talking about having a girlfriend now she wants Peter like um what

I’m happy she is trying to start fresh and be kinder and a better person I think it is a mature thing to do

Again and again Anne is always talking about how she is pest and is always arguing with someone

She is talking about her love interest for the 12000th time I swear she is always having so many opinions on love

I feel like how they were talking about how the children make no progress is very rude and there definitely could of been a way better way to word it

I feel like that is such a relatable thing because you say something in the moment that you regret later and you can’t take it back. And I think it’s good that she recognizes it and realizes it was wrong.

I swear Anne has way too many love interest and it changes every day from she loves him but she’s doesn’t but she hates him like ugh what is going on with her

I feel like I’m still kinda confused about the layout of the annex I always thought it was like really really small but it seems bigger than I though

Everything going on seems so scary I couldn’t imagine I kinda wish she would of write more about things like that and the actual struggles and fears of hiding but I understand that it was her diary and she probably didn’t expect anyone to read it

This quote shows that she wants to improve on herself notices her flaws and is working on it but everyone still sees her as a problem in a sense and I feel like that’s something that a lot of other people have a issue with.

I feel like a lot of people can relate to Anne no matter what you will always find problems within yourself even if they aren’t that big of a deal you still always look back on things and wish you could change them

I keep forgetting how old Anne is because she so mature and well spoken and it surprises me on how aware in a way of how life is

I feel like this is super sad how she almost feels like her dad is never on her side
