- Going to post office nearby to stamp all letters yesterday and let them to be send to the recipients

~We were having our breakfast there
~Around 9 to 10 o'clock the program was started.
~There were so many staffs there line up for checking their BMI, Blood Glucose and Blood Pressure test at our booth.
~As i had no experience and copentancy to do blood glucose or blood pressure test, so i just  calculated for their BMI.
~Our Nilai Medical Centre provide two speech from our dietition and oncologist, which are Miss Soh and Dr Hayani.
~The advantges that we had join this program was we were able to get free test from other booth too.
~The test that i had try were bone test, physiology centre, cholestrol check and neoral test
~Program ended at 4 o'clock.
~I was so happy for today, then going back to Nilai Medical Centre.

~Departed from NMC to Nestle at 8.00 o'clock and arrive there approximately 1 hour later
~The security there was very details and strict
~Set-up all the buntings and desk(occupied with Bp and Blood glucose stuffs)
~Started simple health check from 10 am to 12 pm, then we had a lunch prepared by them
~Continued at 2 pm with health talk by Dr Kana and a senior physiotherapist. The talked was informative and fun :)
~Ended the event about 4 pm, the gave us 6 bags full by Nestle products. In addition,they also gave 6 box of Tropicana Ice cream
~The ice cream was pass to all department so that all can taste it.

~After meeting, all the doctors were had their hospital tour conduct by Miss Stella and Sister Normah. Me and Nur were ushering them too.
~At 1.00 pm, they had lunch at our cafe and then dismissed.
