         <description><![CDATA[<div><br>Welcome to your second service-based day on writing an audit. This ties in with the whole school approach model and  is a crucial part of assessment within module 4.<br><br>This day is split into two halves <br><br>AM - group audit writing tasks<br><br>PM - individual protected audit writing time for your FORMATIVE 500 word brief (due Friday 3rd May 12:00). <br><br>Holly will be facilitating the padlet for the <strong>morning padlet group tasks only. </strong>Please follow the usual Academic Tutorial procedures if you have any afternoon questions regarding your submission. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>These two days were crucial for module 4 assessments. <br><br>FORMATIVE - 500 word brief outliing how you have understood the teaching and how you intend to impliment a whole school approach or work towards this, based on where your current understanding is of where you'll be. We appreciate that you may not have been into your place of work by this May deadline, but the whole school approaches are normally over the lifespan ranging from months to years so it will be important to start mapping this ASAP. The example 500 word brief was written from the viewpoint of where many of you will be at this point. This is pass / fail so please outline for us what you plan to do so we can feedback in the set up of your audit planning. <br><br>The handbook states for this brief  - "<em>Submit a 500 word brief outlining your proposed audit within your workplace. The feedback form you will receive from the course team is below, so you may wish to ensure these areas are addressed within your brief"</em><br><br>Group task - what is your current understanding of your workplace?          <description><![CDATA[<div>Hopes and fears - <br><br>Hopes: If done effectively, the audit can have a hugely positive impact on the mental health and wellbeing of the people in the school. It has the potential to change/improve the culture of the school by introducing strategies and new ways of thinking about mental health. The fact that the schools involved in this process have bid for our services shows that they are open to support and want to improve their current provision for mental health. We hope that we are welcomed within the schools and wider staff teams.  <br><br>Fears - The later we get into schools, the later the process begins. There are concerns about when the audit will be finished and whether this has an impact on when we graduate. Another concern is getting in contact with key stakeholders and finding time where they are available to engage in the audit. </div>]]></description>
