Hello, my name is Roxana and I'm a family lawyer and also a web developer. I'm currently taking an English course at the language house of the University of Costa Rica. I'm already at the eighth level. It is a course that I have enjoyed very much I have met many teachers who have helped me to advance learning and I have also found many friends.

How do you feel about this course?
The course is intense, and you have to study a lot. Classes are essential to learn grammar and specially to practice pronunciation. The first levels were very complicated because I didn't like to talk for fear of making mistakes. But now I enjoy classes much more because I'm not afraid of making mistakes anymore and I know it's part of the process.

What do you do when you are not studying?
When I'm not studying, I exercise, I watch a movie or series. But I am usually studying even in my free time because I have many things to study from the two university careers and English.

Hello, my name is Adriana and I am a Public Administrator and now I am studying English courses at the University of Costa Rica. 
I try to pass on nine level and although it has been difficult to stay here, I enjoy it and learn a lot every week.
 
How do you feel about this course?
This course is very intense, and you need to study a lot. In the virtual classes you learn grammar, some vocabulary and practice with other people the pronunciation, but you need to make several things for learn more vocabulary and learn every day more, for example I need to do (take) notes or make a summary, listening music in English or see my favorite TV shows in this language.
 
What do you do when you are not studying?
I have a full-time job about Analysis of PTP for Argentina in one Company. 
In my free time I try to rest or meeting with my friends or my family. 
During on my day always I try to listening music or see my favorites programs in English for reviewing and learn more vocabulary.

How do you feel about this course?
I feel a little scared, because the course is a lot intense, and I speak a little bit English, the virtual Class are very difficult for me, I prefer physical class.
I have been study(ing) with music for to educate my ear, and read or see movies in English, but  sometimes is fastest and I don't understand. 


What do you do when you are not studying?

Generally I stay in my job, in the week in schedule  of from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm, in  the  at night, I prepare the food for the dinner, and study with my daugther.  In the weekend, I (like)going to shopping and cleaning my house and make homeworks with my daughter, rarery we are going to the mall. In my free time,  see films with my family.
