Lomo saltado Is an Asian influence commonly known as stir fried-beef known as soy marinated beef.

Peru's culture vs My culture is very different. The only thing me and Peru's culture have in common is Christmas. Compared to Peru during the holidays my family eats Ham and turkey but Peru eats Cuy and other foods. In Peru culture they celebrate All Saints Day by having a big feast and celebrating all the saints something similar I do is have thanksgiving and celebrate the pilgrims helping us and having a big feast. During Heart of Mary festivity Peru puts lots of prayers and thoughts to celebrations or devotions honoring the heart of Mary, the mother of Jesus Christ tradition.

The most popular known one is Christmas (December 25th) but there's also All Saints Day (November 1st) and Heart of Mary Festivity (December 8th). Christmas is celebrated every year and family members meet and celebrate Jesus's birth by eating dinner together listening to music and giving each other gifts. Saint's Day is celebrating all the saints and eating to celebrate. Heart of Mary Festivity is when family members have a big feast there celebrating the sacred heart of Jesus. All Saints Day was celebrated for the first time in May 609.
