         <description><![CDATA[<div>-Listen to their ideas<br>-Being supportive with trainees<br>-Guidance and encouragement<br>-Let trainees know that mistakes are completely allowed<br>-Give trainees the possibility to do and create in their own way.<br>-As co-teachers we need to be suppportive and to guide them through the classes.<br>-It's important to give them feedbacks about their performance.&nbsp;<br>-Share with them our own experiences.<br>-We can give the trainees some tips about how to manage the behaviour our gruop of students.<br>-Explain the tasks and contents in English in order to train their ears<br>-Students don't want to speak, and sometimes they're afraid of commiting mistakes, or shy<br>-Activities are demostrated by confident students first, and then the other can do it.<br>-Creating a nice classroom atmosphere.<br>-Be supportive.<br>-Be confident.<br>-Be patient.<br>-Smile.<br>-In order to create a more communicative classroom, apart from spiring them confidence not only in the teacher but also in themselves, the motivation and a relaxed atmosphere, I consider that the most important aspect is to Let students know that mistakes are both allowed and necessary in the classroom. Sometimes they are just afraid of doing something wrong, and so they prefer to stay quiet instead of participating. In addition, by letting this aspect clear, we can prevent and/or manage mockery.<br>-Create a safe and healthy atmosphere for all the participants.<br>-Provide respectful feedback by highlighting the good and bad aspects. and provide some ideas of how they can improve.&nbsp;<br>-Make them feel listen and comprehended.<br>-We should create a good atmosphere for them to feel confident,&nbsp; always highlight the fact that mistakes are part of the learning process to be supportive and empathic.<br>-Creating a natural and comfortable atmosphere, where they can be spontaneous and themselves.<br>-Giving them freedom to be autonomuos and tolerant with others.<br>-The aim is communication not form and making mistakes is part of the process.<br>-Create the right atmosphere.<br>-Let your students to make mistakes.<br>- Give them prompts or key words.<br>- Consider that&nbsp; "All opinion is valid".<br>-Encourage students to speak by doing our best so that they feel confident and are aware of the fact that making mistakes is part of the learning process.&nbsp;<br>-Support and empathy should always be present whenever we try to teach.<br>-To be more communicative we need to:</div><ul><li>Be open to mistakes.</li><li>Choose knowledge that engages students and stimulate their thinking.</li><li>Be aware of what students know.</li><li>Encourage students express ideas.</li><li>Keep a scoreboard.</li><li>&nbsp;Promote respect on diversity of opinions.</li></ul><div>-Give empathetic and honest feedback<br>-Encourage mentees to fulfill their goals<br>-Build a strong relationship&nbsp;<br>-Give the mentees the opportunity to be creative<br>-Provide guidance and advice<br>-Create rapport.&nbsp;<br>-Deliver positive feedfack.&nbsp;<br>-Let the mentee make their own decisions.<br>-Create a natural atmosphere, where they can be spontaneous.<br>-Give them the freedom to express their ideas, whatever were their answers or thoughts.<br>-Identify that errors or mistakes are something acceptable in this moment of the learning acquisition.<br>-¿Questions? They are so important to develop critical thinking.<br>-Contrast and compare: Showing different point of view, cultures, thoughts and making connection with their own.<br>-Create a relaxed atmosphere when necessary.<br>-Let the mentee make their own decisions and be a guide.<br>-Express your ideas in a respectfull way.<br>-Choose the best way to work together.<br>- Create a safe environment.<br>-Keep healthy boundaries.<br>- Have realistic expectations.&nbsp;<br>-Stop focusing on being right.<br>- Listen to understand, not counter.<br>- Express empathy and respect.&nbsp;<br>-Finally, remember you're a TEAM!&nbsp;<br>-Brainstorm goals and ideas.<br>-Share stories to connect to the mentee<br>-Get clarity on what he or she needs<br>-Have clasrroom management<br>-Create rapport<br>-Prepare lessons.<br>-Create a natural and comfortable atmosphere, where they can be spontaneous and themselves.<br><br></div><div><br><br></div>]]></description>
