         <description><![CDATA[<div>Over the first four years of the war exports to aggressive countries rose rapidly. This increase in loans from American financial institutions to Allied nations. As government resources aided the production of the private section it caused a boom economic activity. A great deal of connection between Wall Street and the US government was caused by the financial dealings of American banks in Europe. The steel industry profited from increases of commands for tools of war. America got involved because the longer the war went on, the more money their industries would thrive and the economy would improve greatly.</div>]]></description>
