My mom had thyroid cancer and when she got it removed it spread further down since they didn't take out her whole thyroid, so were still in the process of getting rid of her cancer. She's had this for a while now, maybe 7 years. She's had it since I was in 3rd grade, it's pretty slow growing. She's been through multiple surgeries for it. We're currently holding off her next surgery until her other issues get fixed regarding her ovaries, she has a tumor on one which we don't know is cancerous or not but when she had surgery to get it removed they took out the wrong ovary. My aunt has skin cancer but she told me it can't kill you unless it spreads to the bone.

This disease is an extremely deadly disease. It is caused by the damage of genes and anyone can experience it. So when he made it, it was such a blessing. Well 10 years it was back They told him he only had a year or less to survive, meaning he can't do chemo again, so he's relying on meds until they don't work and he gets different ones, well it's been three years now and he's going strong. He may have a couple min to days to years left, we don't know. He's made it farther than they had told us. He's a living miracle in my eyes.
