I feel connected to the land when im out fishing because that’s where we get something to eat and provide for other families when able. Not everyone has transportation to go out and fishing during the winter too and helping others that wants something that they cant get themselves, makes me feel happy when sharing the things I catch out on the land. Spring of 2024, i have learned how to drive myself to the lakes following other people that know which way the trail is, i have driven through our big mountains and the ice.

During our time out land on the inuuqatigiitsiarniq was connected to the value as we got a very nice gift for us to use in our class and also it was nice to be together as a class and we invited few directors to celebrate with us during our party.

We talked, shared laughters, supported each other and we all connected while doing something on the land.
