Being confident is one of the important part of the study tips. It includes important topics such as developing our own style. For instance, everyone has their own style, and it is important to find out our style before going to give a presentation or something.
Also we need to avoid filler words which means we need to show how confident we are, and we are already know what to say in our speech. Moreover, while delivering our speech, we need to consider our tone, our volume, and speech. We should not be at the same pace all the time. Also, we need to make our audience laugh and smile, we need to give them the vibe of a friendly speech. We need to smile to them that they should fill warm with our speech.

Before starting to talk about anxiety, this statement wants to say what anxiety is. Anxiety means feeling worried about something, and it might cause a rapid heartbeat. For further, this topic will discuss how to manage it in public speaking. First, it will be better to share anxiety with others. It can be shared with friends, maybe with some therapists, or listing our feelings to get over them. Moreover, visualization is the second important tip which is thinking and imagining successfully before the day of speaking or presentation day. That could help the speaker to have a good imagination of her/himself. Finding a friendly face helps you to be more confident and less anxious, because you will be more confident talking to a friend than a stranger.

I do agree with what is stated. I actually have contributed to the better performance of my public speaking using the strategy of avoiding filler words as I used to use work like "Um", "right". Additionally, I excelled in presenting well by the use of smile as it relieved me and my audience that contributed highly to having more confidence on what I was delivering in my presentation.
