Ingredients
• 1 kilogram of goad mead
• Goad visors
• Salt
• Water
• 1 pound of cornmeal
Preparation
Take the previusly minced goad meat, add salt and season, put in a pot with water and cook on a wood stove over low heat.
Let it cook until the water evaporates and the meat distills its fat stir untilthe meat is completely browned.
To accompany, we take the corn flour and we put it in a cup, we add, salt and water. Then we mix until we have a consistent dough.
We take the dough and make balls and then give it an elongate shape. Then they are put ti cook in a pot with boiling water for twenty minutes.
At four your service .
We use wide plate, serve the friche and the clean bons and accompany a with a natural juice.

Aunque no cuento con disponibilidad de tiempo para poder mejorar mis falencias.

Sólo pude hacer participación en la entrega de los captures que tone realizando las actividades en el E-book.
•¿En cuál de los siguientes espacios de interacción y aprendizaje participe: Foro de esta tarea, cipas, webconferecia,  grupo de whatSapp,grupo de telegram.
Solo participe en el foro de esta tarea, no tube la oportunidad de participar en las webconferecias, ni en el cipas.
•¿ Que aprendíde esta tarea?  Aprendi a diferenciarlos adverbios de frecuencia  y las oraciones en pasado simple, presente simple y pasado progresivo poniéndolos en practica al realizar las oraciones.
•¿ Es importante lo que estoy aprendiendo?
Si, es muy importante porque me permite mejorar mi aprendizaje y tener más capacidades como persona.
•¿ Cómo aportaeste aprendizaje a mi vida personal y profesional?
Me aporta enriqueciendo mis conocimientos, ayudándome a conprender conversaciones y temas de interes en este  idioma.
En lo profesional me aporta llevando una buena comunicación con pacientes que hablen este idioma, que es considerado una lengua universal. Y me aporta en mis posibilidades laborales .
Mi puntuación es : 4.0 
Profe, la verdad es que no estoy preparada para este nivel de ingles y hago los posible apoyándome de traductores  e investigando sobre los temas. Ya que en la secundaria no adquirí los conocimientos suficientes y no me sentía capas de aprender este interesante idioma.
