Hello everyone!
My name is Gregorio Bianchini, "Gré" for friends. I'm 21 years old and I live in a small town called Montone, not too far from Perugia. All my "scholastic career" is concentrated between Montone and Umbertide, both for logistic reasons and for personal choice. In my country I attended the school of infancy, primary and middle schools; at Umbertide instead the scientific high school. The schools in Montone are like many others, you live in "intimacy" each other. Get to know the teachers, the janitors, the secretaries and live with them the extra school life. This of course also has disadvantages .. especially for those, like me ... well let's say is not the model student.
For what was good, however, I can say that it never missed that beautiful bond that unites student and teacher, so much so that it is here that I met and appreciated a teacher and his profession. He taught geography, and succeeded in making the classical lesson of a country (inhabitants, population density, economic sectors ...so boring !!) enter by inserting anecdotes, curiosities, past and present stories. He taught us to think in a better way, to have a look at the past and one at the present, to have a opener mind free from prejudices and stereotypes.
This "lesson" I also carried it forward to high school, and here I found a great space to carry on this idea, this concept of the world.
And why should this thing be mine only? why not transmit it, how did others did with me? So here I am, attending the university of primary education, to make sense of my past, a look at the present and a hope for the future.

About PNL

I created my first PNL to carry out the ITElab activity but I immediately understood what the potentials related to it could be.
Speaking of what is positive, I can say that this platform allows you to read but more to reflect together, to read the thoughts of the people and then have a different and 360 degrees view on what is the teaching at school, related to 'learning, to training projects and so on.
An aspect that should instead make us reflect is that related to the amount of information, more or less available (obsolete servers), the net doesn't seems more than a well-structured network, but reflect a simple stream of consciousness where to get lost easily.
However, I hope that in the future I can still have these tools available, which are gradually changing the way of teaching throughout Europe but also throughout the world.
