to stay away from the Erudite faction. The Erudite have

a serum that forces people under stimulation to kill the Diveregnt.

Tris goes behind Four's back and turn herself into Erudite, when she is at

the Erudite headquarters she is almost killed with a death serum, with the help of Peter and Four she escapes death.

Tris learns that the Dauntless and the factionless must team up to attack the Erudite, instead

of helping them, she teams up with Marcus ( Four's father) to find some mysterious information

that the Erudite have stolen from the Abnegation at Jeanine's office. Tris has to go through a stimulation where

she must fight herself or be killed by poison, she ends up shooting the stimulated version of herself.

When she arrives at Jeanine's office Tris find the secret information, she also finds Tori that is ready to kill Jeanine.

Tris tries to stop her but fails and Jeanine dies. Tori says Tris is a traitor since she wants to keep Jeanine alive.

Tris is put with other traitors, Evelyn (Fours's mom) tells everyone that they are getting rid of all the factions and that outside

the fence people are killing eachother and that they need to go out their and save them.

"Pain can't make me tell you. Truth serum can't make tell you. Simulations can't make me tell you. I'm immune to all three." You can tell Tris is strong and no one can control her.
