Stop Cyber-bullying

There is a golden rule in netiquette, stated by Shea "do unto others as you'd want them to do unto you". Cyber-bullying or cyber-harassment is a crime. When we are on our screens, sometimes it is easy for us to let our emotions burst and say some awful things to others, crossing boundaries because we are not saying it to them directly. We forget that on the other side of that screen is also another human with emotions. And awful and improper words you tell them can deeply affect that persons mental health. With enough evidence they can charge you with cyber-bullying that goes under the House Bill 5718 "Anti Cyber-Bullying Act of 2015".

Ads might be a bit distracting sometimes when you watch on your browser or you're simply just looking for information and reading some articles. Or maybe you're mesmerized with the product or job offer by that Ad. Ads can sometimes be a disguised virus, when you click on it you're letting a virus in on your software without you knowing.

Let us remember that it is important that the information we share on social media is true and verified. Find out if the content of the articles and photos is true and based on facts. There are articles that just want to comment on humor. They are called lampoon, parody, or satire. Be careful in recognizing and reading them. Let us remember that there are other websites whose sole purpose is to deceive and disseminate false information. Let us avoid them.

Sharing misinformation can cause other people, cause panic, or cause unrest in our society. We do not want this to happen

That way, the information contained in our files is secure. Check out the list below of good habits before starting work every day:

A strong password is important. Even though many companies want to eliminate password usage, it will not lose its use in the future. Today, passwords are still the first step to opening and using our accounts. Because of this, it is important to use a strong password.
To increase the level of protection of our passwords, use "two-factor authentication" or the use of additional devices to access the account.
