The teacher role is more a guide to develope curiosity in students and also students are very open to learning. I notice how students value Teamwork contrasting to students in my country.
I see a more casual approach to knowledge. Teachers are high qualified and it's an honor to be a teacher in Finland.
Students in Finland believe that you study a major because you like rather than studying something just to make a lot of money. Parents' role is also crucial I understand they teach basic language their kids when they are little. Students in Finland don't have much homework. They put everything to practice at school and their schedules are usually long (from 8 am to 4 pm)
