I couldn't find any risks, but signing up give you access to many job opportunities, all which are easy to apply to.
The search is very useful. You can enter in a specific location and search by keyword, and there are many filters you can use as well.
The website is not specialized, it gives access to all different areas of work.
Subway, Walmart, and Superstore.

I would rather have excellent communication skills. The reason for this is because if I had excellent communication skills, I could convince people to give me whatever I want.

Transferable skills are important due to their applicability. It is good to have many transferrable skills, so you can take them with you to other careers.
An entrepreneur also needs to be to creative. They need to be able to pitch ideas in a creative way, in order to hook people.
A plan to improve my transferable skills is to continue working. As I work, I will further develop my transferable skills.
