All phases are important. It is preferable to teamwork with consolidated people and do this for work then maybe you can add on the event or workshops to organize some professionals in that field to get a wider view. Planning has to start with a clear idea while with the implementation phase the project acquires a definite form, at this stage each one plays the role for which it was chosen to give the best. Even the post-event requires the right importance because in addition to the disclosure of the results achieved it also allows to make a review of all the various phases of the process in order to then improve them.
