Without the central nervous system, your skin, limbs, etc wouldn’t know what to do at all. It will send signals to involuntary muscles and glands which the humans can’t control by itself. The lung cells are not good enough to be the president, when they can often hurt the body.The lung cell can have a lot of diseases that prohibit movement. Movement is one of the characteristics of living things, meaning that it’s something that we needed and we evolved to do. If the lung cell stops that, it makes it harder to live.

2. Bone Cells
Bone cells are also not good enough to be president because there are 2 cells including the Nerve cells that play a bigger part in muscle movement. The Bone cells take orders from the nerve cells. So it basically relies on the nerve cell to operate. A Lot of nerves are also inside bones with the blood vessels showing the nerve cells are a part of the bone cells. It controls joint movement and lines internal organs, and the nerve cells control the muscle cells, which shows they would work well together. Without the nerve cells, the muscles wouldn’t be functional and controllable.
