It has been such a joy to be your homeroom teacher.  For those of you who were new this year, it has been a pleasure to get to know the wonderful people you are. For those of you who were returning students it was great to be able to be your homeroom teacher again and to watch you grown and mature from the 5th graders you were when I first met you.  I have seen you all grow and mature so much this year.  In you, I can see the remarkable young men and women that you will become.

This year has been full of fun and
surprises.  From our Halloween Laser Tag retreat to distance learning due to the pandemic.  You have proven how resilient and adaptable you are.  Everyday you amaze me.  You are all truly ROCK STARS!

Some of you will not be returning next year.  Just know, that it is with sadness that I say goodbye to you. I know that you will be successful no matter where you go to school.  You will be very missed.  Remember, you are a Phoenix forever, so please come by and say hello.

For those of you who will be continuing at Merryhill, it is with incredible pride that I am a part of your educational journey.  

Each and every one of you are incredible people.  Your 7th grade year will be incredible!
