I want more of my students' voices to be heard within my classroom and less of mine. Rather than me leading, I want my students to feel empowered and encouraged to take on leadership roles within the classroom, without being called upon. It brought a higher level of communication but I also notice students had trouble recalling the full ideas of the students before them.
