Chapter 25 it was September and Dill was telling the children what had happened when he went with Atticus and Calpunria to see Helen Robinson. Once he had told her she fell to the ground. Atticus and Calpunria helped her inside when Atticus came out he was all by himself. On the way back the Ewell's scowled to them as they drove past. The news traveled fast in Maybomb, people had asked Mr.Ewell about the topic and he replied with one down, one more to go.

Chapter 23 Atticus explains to Jem and Scout how unfair the system is that no matter what white men will win. He explains how its unfair and how who the white man is whether he be rich, from a good family or something else if he uses his colour against black men he is a terrible person. They continue to discuss the trail and the morals that were missing. They talked about the jury taking longer than usall, how there must have been a person who took a while to wear down to agree with everyone else. They believe the person was a Cunngingham. Scout wanted to invite Walter Cunningham to the house more often when school began again but Alexandra wasn't pleased with it. She said that he wasn't the type of people the Finchs are acquaintance with. Alexandra callas Walter Cunningham white trash. scout gets fearitted with Alexandra and Jem brings her upstairs he settles her down and they talk about why they're different from the Cunninghams. Jem thinks there different because of who've been reading and writing the longest. Scout makes the point that, that doesn't make them better and that waters smart. He just doesn't get the help and practice he needs because hes always helping his father. At the end of the chapter Scout states "there's just one kind of folks. Folks."
