(Eg, yesterday I trainined my teachers on Achieve) It's completely optional for teachers, but Im finding that more teachers are beginning to attend. </div>]]></description>

At one of my sites there are various people who can be helpers as part of their jobs (SSS, RT, etc.) At the other site there is no one and while I'm sure at least half of the problem is me, the other half is an administrator who is overwhelmed and needs help.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Coaching conversations require more mental work for teachers, who during this time are more stressed than ever. A teacher was struggling with engagement, and requested help, and when I began reflective questioning--she literally interrupted "I don't want you to coach me, just tell me what to do." <br><br>(PS--I don't think is a distance learning thing exclusively.....)<br><br>It seems like many teachers either don't want us to "mess up" their routine, or they want "easy answers"<br><br></div>]]></description>
