A teacher was struggling with engagement, and requested help, and when I began reflective questioning--she literally interrupted "I don't want you to coach me, just tell me what to do." 

(PS--I don't think is a distance learning thing exclusively.....)

It seems like many teachers either don't want us to "mess up" their routine, or they want "easy answers"
