  • I thought if you no longer want to participate, you could resign and bring back the golfer only?

  • What would happen if one resigns and does not pay this obligation since he or she has not acknowledged or signed anything that legally binds him or her to pay that money?

  • If you pay the fee do you still get to keep the golfer

  • What led to this obligation being implemented?
