Think the word collaboration is important for P-12 approach/alignment.

Could it read something like "A passionate community of KGSC staff collaborating about curriculum and assessment to develop a college wide C&A approach that will drive meaningful educational outcomes.

Language of syllabus alignment is not relevant to JS context. Could it be: curriculum alignment, vertical alignment or supports development growth.

Do we need to list Ed QLD specific documentation and curriculum documents here? QCAA/ACARA/CARF etc? Or is this more the things that are helping to drive / underpin decisions so perhaps is captured by the word "Evidence"

Love the vision... some suggested wording... "Lead the development of accessible, innovative and high-quality P–12 curriculum and assessment and create a culture that promotes excellence, consistency and alignment across the college."
