Model Kindergarten is a private kindergarten, located 3 km from Targoviste, the former capital of Romania. It has a capacity of 80 seats, distributed in 5 groups, with children between 3-6 years. Under the motto "For you, child, all that is best" Model kindergarten aims to become a "kindergarten open to all" by creating an appropriate socio-educational climate for quality training at European level, environment and creative development for everyone and for everyone. The mission of Model Kindergarten is to create an ideal space for the most beautiful and happiest childhood for tomorrow's adult, a place where childhood is more beautiful and happier for each child, thus contributing to their education and training and a reliable partner for each family in the process of educating children in their preparation and preparation for school. There is a need for a better orientation and understanding of children's diversity, their knowledge needs, the difficulties encountered by them and their families in various situations. In this regard, we will cultivate a positive attitude towards the community and European values, in order to provide equal opportunities for quality inclusive education, thus contributing to the prevention of early school leaving. The teaching staff includes: director, psychologist, speech therapist,english teacher 8 teachers, all with a good training and very concerned about their own professional development. The administrative and care staff consists of 7 people: accountant, administrator, cook, caretaker, laundress. Nursing is provided by two nurses. Kindergarten groups have: spacious rooms, furnished according to areas of interest: science, construction games, board and manipulative games, library, literacy, role-playing games, sand and water, dining room and bathroom for each group of children .

The kindergarten benefits from a generous space arranged for outdoor activities. We use interactive methods, applicable in early education, so that the little ones receive education through play, together with qualified staff.

Our institution has experience in European projects.We received funding for a small scale partnership KA210 project,Littl3 outdor learning- with the theme of outdoor education Little outdoor(coordinator) and as a partner in a KA 220 cooperation project, Active strategies for inclusion and diversity in a early childhood with the theme of inclusion Active strategies for inclusion and diversity in a early childhood and between with this year 2023 we will implement in kindergarten other project Erasmus + KA 210 Supportive Multicultural Inclusive Learning Environment for early childhood education and KA 122 KA122 MODEL-Modern,Oportun,Dinamic, Educativ, Ludic.

It is a public school near the sea, 15 klm away from the centre of Athens, the capital. There are almost 50 students every year, 4-6 years old. The school stays opened from 8.15-4 and it occupies 7 teachers: 4 teachers for Preschool education, 1 for English lessons and 2 for students with special needs. Almost all the teachers have, not only their Bachelor from the University but also, a Master Degree diploma. The building is maintained from the Municipality of Vari-Voula-Vouliagmeni.

It is housed in a spacious three-pavilion building whose airy spaces provide all children with ample free space for play and leisure activities, including a specially adapted gym. Around the school there is a large garden shaded by mature trees with many play elements (sandpit, climbing frames, carousel...). The kindergarten has classes for children generally from 3 to 6 (7) years old and children from 2 years old at the earliest.

Children are in regular classes for older and younger children. Our school curriculum is based on the "Framework programme for pre-school education". Qualified teachers provide extra activities for all children in our preschool in addition to standard care. Parents have the opportunity to come at predetermined times, on consultation afternoons, thus enabling their child's first contacts with the collective facility. Inclusion takes place in every classroom.

The philosophy of our kindergarten is to develop independence and healthy self-esteem in all children within their capabilities through a natural, personality-oriented education that lays the foundation for lifelong learning according to the interests, abilities and needs of each individual, hence the fullness of the classes. All the efforts of all the school staff are directed towards the maximum happiness, freedom and satisfaction of the children here.
