Dear Mr. Chang,

 Hello, my name is Rosalyn Roman. I am an 8th grade student from Temple Intermediate School. Since I was younger I have always been fascinated in fashion and everything having to do with bright colors and patterns. Forever 21 has always been a story I adored shopping at. The vibrate colors and cool fabric textures always have a way of drawing me in.

The purpose of my letter is to address the topic of your clothing designs. There are many women out there that are not plus sized but are not also small. I would like there to be more variety of sizes for women with different figures. We shouldn’t only have a few clothing store options, we should have the right to shop in any store we’d like without feeling excluded. Many women enjoy buying clothing but sometimes when they like something it’s not in their size. Much of the clothing also wears out really fast. Within a few washes colors begin to fade and buttons begin to fall. On the other hand your clothing pieces vary from dresses to t-shirt’s to satisfy your different customers styles. 

Another topic of my concerns is the overpricing of many of your items. For example, coats shouldn’t be as expensive as you are selling them for. I believe people are overpaying for the material they are getting. Many people also don’t have the luxury of being able to buy clothes at those prices. After washing clothes from Forever 21 and a lot of other stores I notice with each wash more and more lint appears and the material gets thinner and weaker. Why are we paying so much for something that is not worth it? 

Many of the clothing pieces you sell, you pay around $5 for companies to manufacture but when they're are up on the racks they go up to $30 to the public and I don't think that adds up. Many of your items just aren't worth it. You should just improve your materials, sizes, and prices. You already have many, many fans but I believe by just changing those little things will get you many more happy customers.

Although I do have some concerns about your items, I still appreciate walking into one of your many stores and getting a warm feeling inside when I see all of your boujee mannequins and colorful clothing. I acknowledge all of your designs that vary from graphic tees, dresses, coats, shirts, and even jeans. Your designs and your idea of fashion is greatly appreciated. I am fond of how you tend to sell and distribute ‘hip’ and ‘chic’ pieces.

To Whom It May Concern,
 I am writing this letter to address the topic of your iPhone designs. The design of the current iPhone has multiple flaws, including the fact that there's no headphone jack. There are multiple people out there that would want to listen to music with earphones in, but cannot due to this design flaw. The idea of needing an adapter to plug in your headphones or earphones is irrelevant. We should not need to pay extra money to plug in our head/ear phones. 
 Multiple people also complain about the battery life. It only lasts about twelve hours or so while other devices can last up to thirty-one hours. Of course the iPhone does have amazing features like the beautiful camera quality, but its still missing some key features people look forward to having on their devices. I suggest you start adding headphone jacks to the new iPhone's. 
  Another flaw is the fingerprint scanner. Multiple people complain about their home button breaking often, and their fingerprint not working at times. People also argue that the fingerprint reader may not be the best idea. Someone could easily get into your phone with this method. I also suggest you improve your design for the home button. The quality should be much better, and there shouldn't be any complaints of it not working.
  Now, these phones and devices all have their flaws, but people shouldn't be complaining about something that's so simple for a big company to fix quite quickly. 
  I agree with comments saying that your devices have beautiful features, but i really do want the devices to start having the headphone jack again, and have a better and improved phone sometime soon.
