We are <strong>Paula Moreno</strong> and <strong>Anne Ahumada</strong>, and we chose to talk about mental health because we believe it is an important topic that affects everyone. Nowadays, many people struggle with stress, anxiety, or depression, and sometimes they don’t even realize how much their mental health influences their daily lives.</p><p><br/></p><p>Have you ever felt stressed, anxious or in depressed? If so, you are not alone.Mental health affects every aspect of our lives, from our relationships to our productivity. That why we have to start prioritizing our mental well-being, how much happier and healthier could we become? In this blog, we will explore important aspects of mental health, including ways to manage stress, tips for feel better, how to take care of your mental health for be happier, the impacte of your mental health in your life etc. </p><p>We decided to talk about this topic because mental health is often ignored, but it is just as important as physical health. Many people, including teenagers like us, go through difficult moments and don’t know how to handle them. We want to share useful information that can help everyone take care of their emotional well-being.</p>]]></description>

Practice Self-Care</strong></p><ul><li><p>Get enough <strong>sleep</strong> (7-9 hours).</p></li><li><p>Eat a <strong>balanced diet</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Do <strong>physical activity</strong>, even just a short walk.</p></li><li><p>Take breaks and allow yourself to <strong>relax</strong>.</p></li></ul><p><strong>2. Manage Stress </strong></p><ul><li><p>Try <strong>deep breathing exercises</strong> or <strong>meditation</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Learn to say <strong>no</strong> when it needed.</p></li></ul><p><strong>3. Stay Connected</strong></p><ul><li><p>Talk to <strong>friends and family</strong> regularly.</p></li></ul><p><strong>4. See professional Help if Needed</strong></p><ul><li><p>Go to therapy or counseling if you need. </p></li><li><p>If you experience persistent anxiety or sadness, talk to a <strong>mental health professional</strong>.</p><p><em>Also you can do: </em></p></li><li><p>Replace self-criticism with <strong>self-compassion</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Focus on what you <strong>can control</strong> instead of what you can’t.</p></li></ul><p><strong>5. Avoid Social Media Comparison</strong></p><ul><li><p>Social media can sometimes make us feel bad about ourselves. Try to remember that what you see online is not always real. Can give you energy.</p></li><li><p><strong>Get enough sleep</strong> – Don't have enough sleep can make you feel stressed and less happy.</p></li><li><p><strong>Stay hydrated</strong> – Dehydration can affect both your energy and mental clarity.</p><p><strong>2.
