         <description><![CDATA[<p>Immediately after you sign up for our SEO marketing works we begin a 'Client Synopsis'. </p><p>We look into the main competitors of your company, what they are doing and determine </p><p>an SEO strategy based on keywords, search terms and phrases. Some of these </p><p>keywords you may already be ranking for. </p><p> </p><p>Once we have then completed these works, we will then call you and go through your </p><p>project notes, to see what areas and services you would like us to research into for your </p><p>marketing.  </p><p> </p><p>Directly after this call, we conduct keyword research with the notes from the phone call.  </p><p>Keyword Research consists of researching into the areas and services we have been </p><p>given. We determine how many people are searching or querying certain terms as well </p><p>as whether they are high, medium or low competition to rank for these terms.  </p><p> </p><p>Depending on how many services and areas you have, this can take some time to rank </p><p>for. this also depends on how niche the service is. These terms will be formed into a list </p><p>and sent to you via email with the research as well as our best suggestions for you. We </p><p>wait 48 hours for you to get back to us, if no answer and feedback we go with the most </p><p>suitable keywords for your company.  </p><p> </p><p>Once keywords are confirmed they get moved into the copywriting stage this is where </p><p>we write up copywriting. This copywriting is bespoke content for each of the keywords, </p><p>making them SEO and Google-friendly. </p><p> </p><p>When the copywriting is then complete we take the content and begin the build of the </p><p>landing pages. The SEO pages will be integrated into the backend of the website. These </p><p>SEO landing pages will be fully optimised with Google-Friendly content, images, and </p><p>contact forms for your website visitors to contact you. As well as an array of user-</p><p>friendly elements such as call-to-action tags and buttons. </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>We additionally optimise the core website itself, increasing speed, functionality of your </p><p>website, and ultimately improving the user experience. This is with the aim of increasing </p><p>click-through-rate and conversions of your potential customers.  </p><p> </p><p>We monitor these landing pages monthly to ensure that they are performing on Google,. </p><p>We then undertake monthly optimisation tasks as well as complete monthly audits on </p><p>the entire site to ensure that it is meeting Google's criteria. </p><p> </p><p>You will receive a monthly report(s) for all of this data, and receive a call at your </p><p>selected frequency from our client liaison officer.          <description><![CDATA[<p>Hi Chloe,</p><p>Hope you are well!</p><p>I am contacting you today in regards to your Google My Business page.</p><p>We have had a look over it and it is very good and set up correctly.          <description><![CDATA[<p>I hope you're well,</p><p>Please see below a rundown of your report.</p><p>If you take a look at the Data Studio report you will see a selection of numbers, graphs and charts.</p><p>This report is for the month previous to when you receive it, i.e. if you receive it on the 1st of January - the statistics will be for 1st - 31st December.</p><p>Firstly, if you have an email address linked to a Google account - we can add your email and you will be able to interact with your report. </p><p>Moving onto the charts, you will see:</p><p>Impressions: </p><p>This is how often someone has seen your link on Google when browsing the web. </p><p>Sessions:</p><p>This is when a user has interacted with your website, i.e. viewed a page and then gone through the website to alternative pages. </p><p>Clicks: </p><p>This is direct clicks onto your keyword pages</p><p>Views: </p><p>This is how many people have viewed your site, by either clicking on the keyword pages or from you being found for naturally ranked keywords as a result of the marketing. </p><p>Further down the report, you will see 3 pie charts. </p><p>The first one - the red one:</p><p>This is, in my eyes, the most important chart. This gives you a full rundown of how the traffic to your site is finding you. You will see from your most recent report that 53.5% of the traffic onto the site is from organic search - this is the SEO that we are completing for you on a monthly basis. </p><p>Within this section, you will see</p><p>Direct - this is when someone types in your domain name and goes onto your site</p><p>Referral - this is when someone clicks on your link from another means, i.e from an email or text message</p><p>Organic Social - this is when someone clicks through to your site from your social media accounts, or if someone posted your website on a social media post. </p><p>The next one - the blue one:</p><p>This is to determine what device your users are using.</p><p>The third one - the yellow one:</p><p>This shows how long your users are spending on your site and how they got to your site. </p><p>Further down, there are 3 more sections. </p><p>Where are your users based? - this helps with marketing, if we see an influx of people searching for you in Croydon, but you don't market in the Croydon area, we would look into whether it would be beneficial for some keywords to change to focus more locally on that area. </p><p>This is also similar to if you were only focused on Croydon (or any area) but you were being found in all other places, then changes would be determined. </p><p>The next section is a follow-on from the map - and a written version of the locations you're being found. </p><p>Lastly, in this section "what are users searching for?" this section shows the wealth of alternative keywords where you are being found on the web. This section typically means you will be found on one of the pages for those specific keywords, although typically not on the first 5 pages. Although, again - helpful to determine alternative keywords for further down the line. </p><p>On the second page,</p><p>The green section at the top of the pages shows the popularity of your pages.
