The book talked about how a princess kissed a frog and it turned to prince. Which made Charlotte happy and Tiana disgusted by it. After reading Tiana and her mother goes home, she makes gumbo with her father. The gumbo tasted good and the shared the rest with the neighborhood. At the end of the night Tiana is getting ready for bed, her dad talks about how one they would open a restaurant. Then Tiana sees the a star to which she wishes that they get the restaurant. But, she sees a frog and screams and runs out of her room which cuts to the next scene show Tiana now older and tired. She puts her tips in her tip jar to save them for her restaurant. Another test is that there balloons popped when they fled the party. They ended up in a swap full of animals trying to eat them. There enemies so far is Dr.Facilier and the servant also some alligators that tried to eat them. The first ally meet was a gator named Louis he help them navigate the bayou. In doing so she saw him with Charlotte about to get married, so rushed put of there disappointed. What she didn't know was that it wasn't the real Naveen but his servant. So Ray the firefly went to tell who he thought was Naveen that he broke Tiana's heart to only getting someone mean. Later Ray does find Naveen and helps him get out of the box they put him in. They bot steal the necklaces the servant was wearing and tried to run away but got trapped. Sooner or later Ray mages to escape and give the necklaces to Tiana. Sadly Ray doesn't make it sine Dr.Facilier squished him. As soon as Tiana got the necklaces the Shadow spirits came after her, they caught up with her and trapped her in this corner. Tiana still has the necklaces and Dr.Facilier was trying to persuade her into giving him the necklaces.
