         <title>My baking process was very fun and nice and easy because it was not too hard and even though I had some problems I loved the experience the outcome was suprisingly awesome because  it tasted so nice.</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Kow Yan Ning (8)<br><br>We used roti prata, nutella and fruits to make our puffs. While cutting circles on the roti prata with a cookie cutter, the roti prata was sticky, it makes things hard as it keeps sticking to our fingers. To stop the roti prata from sticking to our fingers, we had to use flour.&nbsp;<br><br>A problem I faced while making the puff was when i had to press the dough to close it. The puff has alot of holes which is bad because when it is baking, the insides will spill out. So i used the extra dough to close it.<br><br>The puff turned out to be delicious. The outside is crispy and i could taste the nutella and fruits.<br><br>I would add lesser nutella the next time i make puffs. As i noticed when the puffs were baking, nutella was flowing out.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Ryan Chen Yi Heng (36)<br>We used dough from roti Prata to make the puffs and after we finished cutting out the shape of the dough, the hardest part was to take out the dough as it was very sticky. The problem was solved by adding flour to the dough so it will be lesss sticky. The puffs in the end did not look perfect but tasted good.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Ian Woo Zi Jin (26)<br>So last FCE Lesson, my partner and I made puffs filled with fruits and nutella. So we used prata dough for the pastry, canned fruits for the filling and nutella for the base. Through the process of making the puff, we did not know how take out the excess pieces of dough after cutting out the circles of dough for the puffs properly. However, after realising that adding flour could help to lessen the stickiness of the flour, we did so. Also, when we were baking the puffs in the oven, we saw that nutella from the puff was leaking out. So I have learnt that I should not add too much nutella and that I should close the pastry abit tighter so that the end results would be better and that by adding flour to the dough while making the puffs before baking, it will lessen the stickiness which would be helpful when doing the pastries quickly.&nbsp;<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Low Hui Min, Celine (10)&nbsp;<br>In my previous FCE lesson, me partner and I learnt to make some pastry.&nbsp;<br>After my partner and I finished cutting the dough, we had to remove it from the plastic. It was fairly difficult as the dough kept on sticking to our hands. However, we found out that if we added a little bit of flour it would not be so sticky. A problem I faced while making the tart was pressing the dough to close it. Since I had some extra dough, I decided to put them the good use and cover the holes with them before using a spoon to even it out. This was a memorable experience for me as it was my very first time handling frozen pastry.<br>The outside of the puffs looked good with little nutella spilling out. The inside also tasted great but there was too much nutella and I could hardly taste the fruits and the texture was also flaky.<br>I think i should have put flour on my hands before handling the dough and this will make the process easier. &nbsp;</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Muhd Dzulkhairi Bin Johari (32)<br><br>When we made the puffs, we had to use the dough from the roti prata. We had to cut out the dough in the form of circles to put the Nutella in the middle. I learnt to preheat the oven so that the oven can become warm to cook the puffs evenly. The hardest part was when we baked the puffs for 7 minutes in the oven. After 7 minutes, we did not know whether the puffs were fully cooked so we put the puffs back in the oven for another 5 minutes. After 16 minutes, the puffs were finally ready. Thy did not look great but they tasted amazing.<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Jomin Quek (12)<br>The puffs were made out of roti prata dough in a circle shape and two of it wrapped together to firm into a circle with different varieties of fruits placed inside. It was very sticky and had to put lots of flour on my hand and the dough to prevent it from sticking. My partner and I made eight if it and when put on the oven ,it all pop out and became like blood flowing out of a dead body because of the Nutella. I was very carless when taking out the pan out of the oven. I did not wear a glove and end up scalding myself. It was so hot that I jumped up immediately on the spot. This cooking lesson was quite better than the previous one just that the dough was too thick.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I didn't know the puff can be made of roti prata and the puff is using 2 of the pieces and was wrapped together to firm into a small little puff and we would have to press it hard so that the nutella would come out and when I am using the last roti prata to do that it had already melted and it is very sticky to handle so I have to put some flour on my hand and try not to let the flour get stuck on my hands</div>]]></description>

I was quite careless as I took the tray out of the oven without using gloves. In the end, I had a minor burnt my hand. It was really delicious and I hope that Ican make it again ithe future.          <description><![CDATA[<div>Eguillos Sydelle Santos  (2)<br>We used prata, which we cut into smaller pieces with a cookie cutter, for the covering of the puff. We put nutella and abit of mixed fruit on one of the prata we cutted with a cookie cutter and covering it with another. <br>The problem is that even though we were kinda faster at preparing the food for cooking than our past FCE lessons, we had to  wait for quite a long time when the puffs were being baked that we were last at taking out our puffs from the oven and rushed abit on the decoration.<br>In the end, the Nutella puffs turned out better then me and my partner expected, the apperance of the puffs looks crispy and light brown. Even thought I didn't taste the puffs,  i saw my partner reaction after she tasted the puffs and I could say it tast good too.<br><br></div>]]></description>
