He knows what subs to make and when to make them and the most effective time. Zidane's personality is quite calm and relaxed, however if someone scores a good goal he can become quite animated in what he does. Other than this, He comes across as a very serious character and doesn't take any messing around. I think that he stands out from other coaches because of his attitude towards players. if he thinks someone isn't trying hard enough or isn't performing, he will just drop them if there is a better option. Mauricio Pochettino 

He is my favourite coach because he coaches my favourite team. What makes him stand out for me is that he has  introduced a new playing style for Tottenham which i like to watch and has proven to be effective and he has gotten good results out of it. He has bought in more options for the team to use and new line-ups. He has made a couple of team records. What makes him different from other coaches is that he uses young talent whereas others buy talented players. Although he is my favourite coach he hasn't been too successful, he hasn't won trophies but he's taken his team further and looking more like a winning team. Although he stays calm while on the sidelines, his players have said they have had the hairdryer treatment showing he gets frustrated.

Klopp is my favourite coach because he has led Liverpool to great victories over the period of time that he has been involved with the team. Klopps personality is generally happy, energetic, friendly and motivational. I think this helps him to lead his team to victories, as the players will find it better having an energetic coach. I think he stands out to other coaches, this is because he is very different to other coaches who lead some of the top teams. He shows a lot of passion at the sidelines, whereas managers from some of the other top clubs seem a lot less energetic, and happy. The coaching style he uses is the train harder then other teams, and be better. He says the men have to run further, run faster, and run quicker then every other team, then the skill will take over. He has changed the evolution in the way Spurs perform and his methods have shown how effective his changes have been since he took the role as manager.
