I want to give a huge shout out to David for his outstanding PSS support with one of the Glendale clients. The clinical team is strong, however, they have been challenged with the client’s behaviors, and David stepped in to support and provide feedback as needed. He offered tips on how to structure the session differently and suggested specific antecedent and consequence strategies to help with certain behaviors.

Additionally, David provided fantastic feedback on our Whole Child Approach, emphasizing the importance of using grammatically correct and age-appropriate language. Thank you, David, for your incredible support and expertise!

Shoutout to Gracie for absolutely killing it with the BCAT tracking and all the follow-up emails to BIs! Also, he shoutout for handling the emergency situation shared by one of the BIs with such care and compassion 🙌 - your email was so well-written, setting a professional yet caring tone. Your communication skills are amazing, and you’re always on top of everything! Keep up the excellent work 🌟!

Raneen to the Rescue!

Some of you may know that Raneen speaks many languages, and she recently applied her talents for Cortica when we needed them most! Cortica was approached by Saudi Arabia to submit a proposal for training their clinical personnel in our care model. We (this team) created a 22 page proposal and submitted it to them in June. However, they recently asked Cortica to translate it into Arabic, and gave us just 3 days to do it! Raneen came to Cortica's rescue, and spent an entire Saturday of her own time to translate the proposal and have it to them within the three days. Without Raneen, Cortica may not have been able to meet the Saudi request. Thank you Raneen for going above and beyond. We (our team and Cortica) are lucky to have you with us!

A big shoutout to Sam 🥳 for her incredible teamwork today & the excellent training! Sam volunteered to lead the entire live today and referenced some neurobehavioral strategies to support learners based on their neurodevelopmental profile! She also emphasized our Whole Child approach in how we communicate with learners at Cortica and our naturalistic approach. Thank you, Sam, for your high quality work, and for enhancing the team's understanding of the Whole-Child-Approach!

I’m incredibly proud of this team! Watching you all present the new content so seamlessly was inspiring. It was clear that everyone enjoyed the training, and you truly stepped up to support one another, as always. I can’t express enough how grateful I am to work with such talented, caring professionals.

I loved seeing you all collaborate, troubleshoot and problem-solve in the moment, when things got chaotic, and the virtual activities didn’t make sense (as it was designed for in person). Despite the challenges, you worked last minute to brainstorm ideas and update the slides to ensure everything was clear for both you and the BIs. Your adaptability and teamwork were incredible!

It’s amazing to see this team not only adapting to such a big change but thriving through it. Proud of every single one of you (my heart is full)! 💙
