To me, this quote means that we need to show excitement, eagerness, liveliness, and passion in whatever it is that we do. Not only in our education or future career, but in every aspect of our everyday life.

I chose this quote because it is part of a 30-second motivational video of a retired Japanese tennis player standing in 15 degree water telling me to never give up, and to keep going.
