         <description><![CDATA[<div>Santa Fe restricts the use of water such as: limiting watering to 3 days a week and only washing their vehicles once a month. Water used for irrigation and landscaping is reduced.<br>This prevents the waste of water which could be used for other things.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Certain uses of water are considered to be bad for water conservation, so they have been banned. These things include: bans on power washing or using hoses on driveways , sidewalks, etc. and ban on overspray and runoff. This prevents the waste of water as the water is not necessary or needed.</div>]]></description>

         <title>Close to Immediate Fixing of Pipes</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Minor leaks in pipes are to be fixed within 15 days by the property manager/owner, but severe leaks need to be fixed immediately. Doing this reduced the amount of water wasted or leaked from the pipes which can save water.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Santa Fe provides and assists with the use of more water efficient items, such as hoses that automatically turn off when not used, showerheads, faucets and more.<br>Also, the city offers rebates on toilets, washers, and more based on the cost of the water saved.<br>This encourages the conservation of water and more people would prefer to save water.</div>]]></description>
