TITLE : THE CONCEPT OF IHSAN

Meaning of Ihsan

Language : do good, persevere in doing something, earnestly

Terminology: " You worship Allah as if you see Him, but if you do not see Him, then indeed He sees you."

- - The word ihsan is repeated 12 times in the Quran

Characteristics of Muhsin

1) Be patient in the face of trials and repay evil with good

2) Giving good or benefit to others

3) Doing good with the intention of Allah SWT

- Stop questioning where God comes from

1) God's nature is Al-Malik which means king, king must describe needing the people

2) Angels are made as mediators between God and man

3) Raqib and atid = record all our practices and report them all to Allah SWT

4) Angels are active agents for Allah

- Always back to Al-Quran if there is a problem or clueless as to how to solve the problem

- Consider the Al-Quran as a manual book from Allah

- Al-Quran is very important for Muslims

- Make the Al-Quran a life guide

- If you still feel like questioning, try to imagine that we collect all the books and then burn them, look and call people to write back what is in the books

- We have to appreciate the Al-Quran by reading it or memorizing it

Believe in qada' and qadar

- God has decided everything for us

- As a human we just need to accept what Allah decided to us

- wisdom will come after what all happened

- every test will have wisdom at the end

- marriage & sustenance have been determined by Allah

- we need to believe Allah as a great planner

If we believe in qada' and qadar :

1) we don't have to overthinking what will happen in the future

2) for us strength & spirit to face the test

3) teach us to accept all provisions from Allah with open heart

4) we will distance ourselves from envy

5) so that we are determined to get what we want

Reduce : cut back on the amount of trash we generate

Recycle : to turn something old and useless (like plastic milk jugs) into something new and useful (like picnic benches, playground equipment and recycling bins).

today is the last day for usrah together :( I'm a little sad because we can't spend time with usrah members for a long time 🥲 . Thank you to our usrah facilitator Aliah for treating us so well and enlightening us a lot with the advice she gave us, hopefully the next usrah I will get more new knowledge and having fun with my new usrah members .
