         <description><![CDATA[<div>A text has different structures and each of them has different functions such as:<br>INTRODUCE THE TOPIC: it is the first paragraph and it contains the most important ideas.<br>REPORT DATA: Usually the second paragraph, here are the most important figures and statistics.<br>EXPLAIN FACTS: In these paragraphs you will find true information in such a way that it is totally objective.<br>GIVE SUPPORTING INFORMATION: Information and examples are found that help to verify information and support arguments.<br>PRESENT AN ARGUMENT: In these paragraphs you can read arguments on a subject, good or bad.<br>PRESENT ANOTHER SIDE OF AN ISSUE: It can be argued favoring one side of the problem, if the author wants it, he can present opposing arguments to make the text neutral.</div>]]></description>
