The course emphasizes both theoretical foundations and practical applications, including simulation techniques, prototyping methods, and industry trends. By the end of the course, students will gain a comprehensive understanding of antenna system requirements for future wireless networks and develop skills in analyzing, designing, and optimizing antenna systems for advanced communication technologies. The teaching team includes well-recognized researchers in academia, and experts in industry covering the area of 5G/6G antenna systems research and developments, in Europe and worldwide.

·        Gapwaves travel grant: One criterion for being awarded this grant is your research project topic is mostly relevant to gap waveguide technology.

·        Ansys travel grant: One criterion for being awarded this grant is that HFSS or other Ansys software has been used in your research project topic with a successful result.

·        3DS travel grant: One criterion for being awarded this grant is that CST or other 3DS software has been used in your research project topic with a successful result.

Note: You are allowed to apply for all grants. Chalmers students are not eligible for the grants.
