Template for topic 3 for students apply their knowledge to create their own sport with its own structures, strategies, roles and rules. Good assessment at the end of the block and requires plenty of planning time so something they could be working on in the background throughout the module or in last 10 minutes of classes.

Extension of survey of students - ask students if their parents are coaches/instructors/experts in any activities/sport and that opens avenue to potentially get parents involved like a Pilates instructor.

Snakes and ladders: One-legged hop along the ladder (poly spots or cones in a curvy pattern) leading to 1 vs 1 rock paper scissors with the opposing student. Winner progresses forward with the aim of completing the ladder, loser going back to their team and next person on their team goes.

Simon Says works great. 1- knees up 2- heels up 3- on someones back 4-through someones legs 5- high 5 low 5. Can call groups numbers too. 5 jumping jacks if do it wrong, walk or leave the grid. You can ask kids to comeup with different exercises.

Reaction, Speed and Agility Game - in groups of 5 (can vary sizes); four cones in a square or rectangle - one student starts in the middle; teacher blows whistle students react and must run to a different cone. The student that doesn't react fastest starts in the middle in the next round and the game goes on - can introduce different activation and mobilisation exercises after several rounds tie in RAMP protocol.
