         <description><![CDATA[<div>As I read the poem I find my tone quite soft, I don't have as deep a voice as other people my gender and age. When saying a word I pronounce things according to my dialect, missing certain letters in pronunciation. </div>]]></description>

         <title>Ten do&#39;s and Don&#39;ts to look after your voice.</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>1. Do drink plenty of water.<br>2. Don't smoke.<br>3. Don't clear your throat too often.<br>4. Take good care of your health; eat plenty of healthy foods.<br>5. Rest your voice 3-4 times a day.<br>4. Don't eat chocolate or drink fizzy drinks.<br>5. Try not to scream or shout.<br>6. Do not speak over background noises.<br>7. Avoid stress. It causes muscle tension which affects your breathing.<br>8. try not to breathe in too much dry air, it can build up mucus in the throat.<br>9. Don't whisper too often.<br>10. Speak at your normal pitch and where you are comfortable.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Laryngitis-&nbsp; when your voice box or vocal cords in the throat become irritated or swollen. It usually goes away by itself within 1 to 2 weeks.<br><br>Symptoms include a loss of voice, a croaky voice, a sore throat and an irritating cough that doesn't go away.<br>This can be treated at your local doctors by taking cough medicine, paracetemol or ibuprofen.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Topic- vocal warm up<br>Time- 10 minutes<br>Venue- theatre<br>participants- college associates<br>age- 16-19<br>gender- Any<br>aim- to warm up the voice ready to perform<br>Timings<br>1. fuzzy duck ducky fuzz exercise.- This tests the students articulation,<br>2. Hand out pieces of paper with Dr seuss extracts on them. This will allow the students to get a feel to texts that can be difficult to read and say. The students will then take it in turns to read out the texts to see how they handle it.<br>3. For a cool down, we will do some breathing exercises to test lung capacity whilst lying on the floor.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>Monday</strong>- Two slices of toast with butter for breakfast.<br>For lunch- tuna mayo sandwich, packet of crisps and a satsuma.<br>For dinner- Spaghetti Bolognese</div><div>with Parmesan cheese. <br><strong>Tuesday</strong>- Breakfast- Two weetabix and milk.<br>For lunch- a ham salad sandwich, a packet of crisps and an apple.<br>For dinner Chicken Stew.<br><strong>Wednesday-</strong> Breakfast- a bowl of cheerios and a banana.<br>Lunch- Tuna pasta with salad.<br>Dinner- Beef stew and dumplings. Ice cream.<br><strong>Thursday</strong>-&nbsp; Breakfast-&nbsp; Two slices of toast with jam.<br>Lunch- Tomato Soup and a slice of bread.<br>Dinner- Sausage casserole and a slice of cheesecake.<br><strong>Friday</strong>-&nbsp; Breakfast- Two slices of bread with jam.<br>Lunch- Cesar Salad.<br>Dinner- Full English breakfast.<br><strong>Saturday</strong>- Breakfast- Porridge.<br>Lunch- Ham sandwich, apple, crisps.<br>Dinner- chicken Fajitas, Jelly.<br><strong>Sunday</strong>- breakfast- Porridge<br>Lunch- chicken salad wrap.<br>Dinner- Pizza, chips and strawberry jelly.<br><br></div>]]></description>
