         <description><![CDATA[<div>Mark Ray in his TED talk told a scenario about a TL who reinvented herself and remixed the library to meet the current needs of the school community.&nbsp; Some of those needs was to help students navigate through the new way of acquiring information but not only that but because students make more information than consume.
