My name is Kevin Jonathan Polo Escarraga, I am 32 years old, I am from Bogota City but I live in Villavicencio Meta, I am married and I have a beautiful son. I am studying Political Science and in my free time I like running, swimming, cycling or gym also I like to go for a walk with my family.
We life in the an apartment on the second floor, the apartment has three rooms, two bathrooms, one small laundryroom, the livingroom is ample with big windows, the kitchen is small and next to it is the diningroom. It has a parking area and a nice garden on the firts floor of the building. In the main room there is a bathroom, a TV set, a large bed and a closet. In my son's room there is a small bed, a closet and his toy box.
Finally, I`m going to share some things about my routine, normally my day begins at 05:00 am, I get up and go to the bathroom to shave and shower, sometime I exercise and I am ready at the 06:40 am to have breakfast with my wife, we prepare scrambled eggs with onion and tomato, arepa with cheese, coffee and chopped fruit, then we go to work by bike. At 12:30 pm we have lunch and we prepare rice, chicken, meat or fish, salad and juice, sometimes we prepare beans, lentils or chickpeas, then we return to work by bicycle. I go back home at 17:00 pm because my wife sometimes arrives earlier or later and right after that, we go for a walk with our son or we go to the park, later we have dinner at 19:00 pm, we prepare rice or potatoes, meat or chicken and juice. After studying I go to bed at 11:00 pm and the weekends I do sports like swimming, running or cycling in the morning and then, we go to a shopping center with my wife and my son or we watch television, at night I do my university work too.

Al estudiar el E-Book presente inconvenientes en el cargue de los ejercicios prácticos, algunos no cargaban y me tocaba repetirlos, sin embargo, el tiempo destinado es corto y sin duda requiere mayor espacio para su estudio, la mayoría de actividades lograron despejar dudas para el uso de las oraciones compuestas. En algunas actividades, logré participar en el foro de actividades en el tiempo adecuado, en otras, durante el trascurso del curso, sin duda estas actividades me permitieron mejorar el vocablo y la organización para mis presentaciones en inglès, pues, teniendo en cuenta que el inglès es el lenguaje mas universal dentro de las interacciones globales, es importante su aprendizaje para un mejor desempeño profesional, en los ámbitos internacionales. Por lo anterior, podría calificar mi desempeño en 10 puntos.

En esta ocasión no me fue posible estudiar el contenido propuesto en el E-Book, por cuestiones laborales solo pude estudiar algunos contenidos, pero si traté en lo posible de participar en el foro de actividades enviando avances de las etapas de la actividad, con ayuda de la profesora, logré consolidar un párrafo coherente y con base en el poder culminar la presentación oral. Sin duda, he adquirido herramientas para mejorar mi expresión en el idioma inglés, con ello tener más confianza a la hora de expresarme dentro de una conversación en el idioma, teniendo presente que aún falta bastante por aprender. Es importante saber expresar datos básicos personales en inglés, pues, es la puerta que abre las relaciones internacionales. 
La autocalificación para esta actividad seria de 9 puntos.
