Alot of times we dontou knoow  realize how bad our hair is suffering without the right chemicals and nutrients. we need to take care of it  like if we were taking care of a new bornn baby or a puppy.its very sensitive and fragile and  if you do something bad  its gone to react in a way  to let that what ever your  doing they dont like.


1) No heat
2) Use oils
3) use moisterizers
4) Do not dye it
5) From time to time massage your scalp it creates blood surculation wich produces hair growth.

3) Hair masks) grows hair ) stops breakage.
