Samantha was speechless she couldn't believe her best friend since she was 6 years old and did everything with  told all her secrets to, was dead. Samantha with the look of horror on her face runs back to her room barley seeing anything with all the tears in her eyes shoving Bill out of the way. Once she reaches her room she slams the door shut kicking anything in front of her throwing anything in sight braking the glass vase holding the flowers Joe gave her after her last surgery. After a while everyone just stopped trying to get threw to her, but Bill didn't he would go to her room everyday and force her to take treatments and to eat. No matter how much she pushed him away he never left her side. One day Sam was having one of her bad days and wouldn't even turn over to face Bill, He then yelled at her and said He knows what she was going threw he went threw it when his dad died but she needed to stop being depressed and start working on healing before it's to late. Samantha looked at bill in realization that he was there even when she didn't want him to be, he stuck by her. Samantha and Bill were never as close as Joe and Samantha were, they never sat down and talked for hours or cried with each other but recently that's what they have been doing for the past few weeks. Sam realized she needed to stop moping around and straighten up. She realized that with her not caring and getting sicker was effecting those who cared about her. One Thursday afternoon Bill and Samantha were in the lounge area playing cards when Samantha's parents and her doctor come into the room  when they told Samantha they found the cure for her. She was was finally cured! She had just finished packing her stuff from her room and was about to walk threw the hospital doors and go home for the first time in months when she turns around and runs to Bill and gives him a big hug, she then thanks bill for never giving up on her and she wouldn't be where she is today without him.
