This resource can be shared and dowloaded as Google Slides so that all students have access. Teachers and students can make self-made videos or tutorials which can then be uploaded to these PowerPoints. Students can rewatch the lesson or parts of the lesson on their own time whenever difficulties arise. This platform helps create engaging presentations with numerous forms of multimedia like text, graphics, sound, movies, hyperlinks, etc. Animation and effects can even be used to enhance slideshow elements.

Students can share their documents with teachers and other students in an incredibly collaborative way. This can be used for the following: writing essays, completing assignments, projects with other students in the class. Though Microsoft Word compares to Google Docs, Word can feel outdated to students and not aesthetically pleasing. Google Docs allows teachers to make sure that students are practicing and staying on track. The collaborative feature also builds skills for working and learning from others and, at the same time, providing feedback to students.

Yet, students need to be more careful filtering what they watch. This resource is best used when videos are provided for students to watch. However, most educational videos include teachers going over many lessons that may help students. This is great at targeting certain parts of the lesson that a student may need more help with and an excellent way to differentiate instruction to those who need it. I find this is best used when I make a playlist on Youtube of videos available to students so they don't get lost in the sea of videos.

This website creates an easy way to post, sort, and comment on students’ ideas. This website is innately collaborative. I have used Padlet for many projects and assignments and it can be compared to a bulletin board. However, I find this much more helpful because you can attach audio, videos and images right from the internet. This works wonders, allowing for student expression, engagement, and representation. In fact, this is what teachers try to aim for when choosing online tools. This helps all learners while providing different outlets and options to demonstrate knowledge.

Matter of fact, instead of pushing them away, we should let them use these devices to express themselves. The Seesaw app allows students to take pictures and add text or audio commentary on an online journal. This app is similar to Google Docs because it can be shared with teachers and track the learning process. An app like this helps teachers observe and monitor all students’ learning in the room. I am especially curious as to how I can apply this into my ELA classroom.

As each student has different learning abilities, talents, and interest, giving them another way to learn is essential. Many students learn better when content is both explained visually along with audio attached. This website has many videos with a range of content. In fact, I remember struggling in math class in high school and this website helping me tremendously. Often times teachers are unable to explain concepts with necessary emphasis because of big classes and so much content to go over in a school year. On this website, students can watch lessons countless times with the guidance of the online instructor. Students can search up what they need more help understanding and there is usually a video breaking down the content in different ways. Here, viewers can rewind, write down notes, and rewatch videos  as many times as they want. The best thing about this source is that real educators make these videos. There are even accompanied activities to reinforce learning and understanding.

This app helps create flashcards and quizzes seamlessly, and there are often times public flashcards and quizzes that can be used to save time. I have used this many times myself to make online flashcards and study them throughout the day on my phone. Quizlet also has an app that you can download on your phone that makes it easily accessible to study on the go. Usually when you swipe left on a flashcard it is because you want to add it back into the mix of cards and when you swipe right it means you have mastered it. Making your own quizzes based off the flash cards is another very neat tool and helps maximize personalized learning. This creation of flashcards helps with memory while tracking your progress.

This is similar to Khan Academy but has mini lessons on content that are specifically designed to certain courses. In fact, I have even used this to study for my MTEL’s, serving as a guide as to what I should focus on. I often use these videos to explain literary concepts and books and students can easily access them. This is an affordable way to make education effective and engaging with mini engaging, effective, and fun videos from qualified instructors.

These videos are helpful in explaining complex concepts in simple, bite size parts. This website has branched out to teaching subjects of science, social studies, English, math, engineering and technology, health, arts and music.

Students can also modify the speed, so whatever is on the screen is read to their ability. Sora is another application that has similar functions. These are great resources to make applications accessible to all and level the playing field for all students.

This website is a fun way to test students, introduce material, and review materials using their phones to answer the questions on the board. Students are able to answer questions during challenges or quizzes on their own time. This allows these lessons to be more self-paced. This resource is also another great way to promote collaboration between students and teachers, as teachers can group students with one laptop or phone to answer in teams. Students are also able to even all to create their own Kahoots and deepen their understanding. Teachers and students can also track understanding and see how students are doing in comparison to their peers.
