For example, everyone in company can share different ides and opinions,and I should keep a good communication with my followers, like friends,maybe eating dinner with employees together, and from listening that I can get many different opinions about work and life. Because to be a servant leader that I should listen employees' ideas and if these ideas are good, i will try to use. I should always remind myself, to be a leader that I should serve my followers, not only focus on my own benefits. So I should know my employees' needs, advantages and then provide the meaningful job to them, and provide a comfortable work environment to my followers. For instance, I can build a leisure area for them, if they feel tired, they can relax in this leisure area, and east some desserts and drink coffee in this place.  Because I want to let my employees feel enjoy their work, not under a pressure. And try to forget the traditional solutions and ideas, focus on open new ideas. If I want to get fresh mind, I need to leave my comfort zone, and looking for new things, which can challenge myself. For example, I can watch different types of movies, and from different movies that I can get different perspectives. Also, I should focus on daily news and current society news, so I should pay more attention on CNN or MSNBC, to know what happened in today, like economy issue or political issue, because business is always related withe economic and political, so after I knew more information about daily news, and then it will help me make right decision.
