Felix and Ida are also different to. Felix goes with the flow, because he does anything that Ida wants him to do right away. He is also a good companion, because he is always there when Ida needs him. Felix is also helpful. He helps Ida with whatever she needs. Ida is a hard worker because she always does her chores around he farm. She is also a little bit dishonest. She lied about teaching at school. Finally she is determined. She was determined to become the teacher and save the school. I think that they are the same by being double thinkers. Risa thought twice  when heard that Heather wanted to read to her brothers but then she said yes. Heather thought twice when risa was coming along because Heather did not want risa to get in the way of Heather's badge but she came anyway.  This showed me that the two girls even though they became good friends they still thought twice through some little things that could affect them in the long run. 
    Also when it comes to differences they are all for it.   First of all Risa has more responsibility than Heather. When Risa’s  little baby brother got sick she rushed him to the doctor.  On the other hand Heather is not reading to miss benson to be kind she is doing it to get a badge. This made me think that Risa’s mom must not be around a lot so she does a lot of things on her own because she brought her baby brother to the doctor.

This shows that both charters want money.  The preacher and mr leroy are diffrent in many ways to. One way they are diffrent is because  mr leroy. Is a good man but he has strong punishments like when eliga almost said a bad word he bakchanded him. Cody is charming "You are almost to charming." his mom said. Sophie is dreamy because she is always telling stories. This shows me that characters can be the same and different over time.

I believe that they are both crazy. For example, the preacher took Elijah out of a high paying job without thinking. Mr. Leroy is crazy because in the text, he threatened to hurt and was yelling at Elijah. This means that Elijah mite be getting into trouble later in the story.                            
They are also very different in a lot of ways. I think that their personalities are very different because Mr. Leroy is nice and the Preacher is bad. In the text, Mr. Leroy would chop down trees all day and would never waste food. The Preacher on the other hand, is kind of mischievous because he stole Eli's fish from him saying that they weren't good to eat.
