Be proactive - in my work place management have several board meetings and discussions before rolling out a new project or way of doing something. A lot of people spend hours calling each other and complaining about the changes where others get on with it and embrace the change. they save time and energy focusing on what they can do not what they cant and they have faith in the decision makers.

this is one i need to embrace more. As i live out of town i never can find time to fit in exercise or something to help my health and i am always looking for new tips and tricks to help me.
