I learnt how to order food in a French restaurant and how to say the correct pronunciation. I also learnt how to say justified opinions about food. 
It improved my speaking skills as I didn't know how to say what I wanted to eat before I did this role play and it also improved my confidence in speaking French in front of other people. 
Pronunciation was one of the main things which I was struggling with, but after rehearsing a few times, I managed to learn it in time. 
I would definitely do this role play again as it was fun, and educational at the same time. I learnt more about what the waiter or waitress is saying to you because sometimes it can be hard to understand them when  they are talking to you. It will make it easier for me when I go to France to be able to talk to people more. 
I think it did improve my speaking skills a bit because I got to hear everyone else speaking and also we went over pronunciation before we started.

i think we could of improved by making our speech a bit more clear and make the audience know what we are saying.
i would try it again as it is a very good experience and its a good way to practice when you go to France as you know what to say and order when your there.
